Tri-State Metal, Inc. adds a new continuous belt furnace. Our new furnace will allow us to process our customer's parts with the highest quality heat treating on all their small parts. The furnace is capable of producing a uniform hardness and or case depth as required. Some features include a whirlaway oil quench, automated loading system which allows parts to be loaded uniformly and efficiently, as well as a state of the art carbon potential control system. This furnace is an excellent choice when processing stampings that require a light case depth with minimum distortion
